The quilt patch titled
     Subject: arm64: convert various functions to use ptdescs
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     arm64-convert-various-functions-to-use-ptdescs.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

As part of the conversions to replace pgtable constructor/destructors with
ptdesc equivalents, convert various page table functions to use ptdescs.
