The quilt patch titled
Subject: mm: convert do_set_pte() to set_pte_range()
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
mm-convert-do_set_pte-to-set_pte_range.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

set_pte_range() allows to setup page table entries for a specific
range. It takes advantage of batched rmap update for large folio.
It now takes care of calling update_mmu_cache_range().
