[merged mm-stable] virtio_balloon-dynamically-allocate-the-virtio-balloon-shrinker.patch removed from -mm tree

The quilt patch titled
     Subject: virtio_balloon: dynamically allocate the virtio-balloon shrinker
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     virtio_balloon-dynamically-allocate-the-virtio-balloon-shrinker.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

In preparation for implementing lockless slab shrink, use new APIs to
dynamically allocate the virtio-balloon shrinker, so that it can be freed
asynchronously via RCU. Then it doesn't need to wait for RCU read-side
critical section when releasing the struct virtio_balloon.
