Then we need to require gcc >= 9, because BR2_TOOLCHAIN_GCC_AT_LEAST_8
or BR2_HOST_GCC_AT_LEAST_8, only guarantee gcc 8.x, not 8.4, so a user
with gcc 8.3 would still be in trouble.
