The quilt patch titled
Subject: mm/selftests: fix pagemap_ioctl memory map test
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
mm-selftests-fix-pagemap_ioctl-memory-map-test.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-hotfixes-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

__FILE__ is not guaranteed to exist in current dir. Replace that with
argv[0] for memory map test.
