The kernel-devicetree is set in both MACHINE_ESSENTIAL_EXTRA_RDEPENDS
and MACHINE_EXTRA_RRECOMMENDS. Since it is an essential package for
boot, drop the one in MACHINE_EXTRA_RRECOMMENDS.
