The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm-treewide-introduce-nr_page_orders-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-treewide-introduce-nr_page_orders-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-treewide-introduce-nr_page_orders.patch
