has been added to the -mm mm-hotfixes-unstable branch.  Its filename is
     mailmap-update-entry-for-manivannan-sadhasivam.patch

This patch will shortly appear at

This patch will later appear in the mm-hotfixes-unstable branch at

   a) Consider who else should be cc'ed
   b) Prefer to cc a suitable mailing list as well
   c) Ideally: find the original patch on the mailing list and do a

Remove the map for Linaro id as it is still in use and I want to use it
for submitting patches.  Otherwise, git uses kernel.org as the author id
for patches created using Linaro id.
