The quilt patch titled
     Subject: memremap.h: correct an error in a comment
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     memremaph-correct-an-error-in-a-comment.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

It tried to send me off to memory_hotplug.h for an enum that is a few
lines above...
