has been added to the -mm mm-unstable branch.  Its filename is
     mm-remove-page_idle-and-page_young-wrappers.patch

This patch will shortly appear at

This patch will later appear in the mm-unstable branch at

All users have now been converted to the folio equivalents, so remove the
page wrappers.
