The quilt patch titled
     Subject: Documentation: rhashtable: undo _noprof additions in the documentation
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     rhashtable-plumb-through-alloc-tag-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into rhashtable-plumb-through-alloc-tag.patch

Patch series "Documentation fixes for memory allocation profiling".

With the introduction of [1] kernel-doc can handle _noprof function names.
This patchset changes back _noprof documentation changes introduced in
memory allocation profiling patchset [2].
