Date: Thu, 25 Apr 2024 21:01:15 -0700	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <20240426040116.A91EEC113CD@smtp.kernel.org> (raw)

The quilt patch titled
Subject: mm: remove "prot" parameter from move_pte()
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
     mm-remove-prot-parameter-from-move_pte.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

Subject: mm: remove "prot" parameter from move_pte()
Date: Wed, 27 Mar 2024 15:33:01 +0100

The "prot" parameter is unused, and using it instead of what's stored in
that particular PTE would very likely be wrong. Let's simply remove it.
