The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mux: remove usage of the deprecated ida_simple_xx() API
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mux-remove-usage-of-the-deprecated-ida_simple_xx-api.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-nonmm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

ida_alloc() and ida_free() should be preferred to the deprecated
ida_simple_get() and ida_simple_remove().

This is less verbose.
