Subject: [PATCH v3 5/6] fbdev/smscufx: Make I2C terminology more inclusive
Date: Wed, 8 May 2024 23:43:41 +0000 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <20240508234342.2927398-6-eahariha@linux.microsoft.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <20240508234342.2927398-1-eahariha@linux.microsoft.com>
I2C v7, SMBus 3.2, and I3C 1.1.1 specifications have replaced "master/slave"
with more appropriate terms. Inspired by Wolfram's series to fix drivers/i2c/,
fix the terminology for users of I2C_ALGOBIT bitbanging interface, now that
the approved verbiage exists in the specification.
Compile tested, no functionality changes intended
Acked-by: Thomas Zimmermann <tzimmermann@suse.de>
