Subject: [Buildroot] [PATCH v1] package/pcre2: bump version to 10.44

- enable PCRE2_AUTORECONF to fix the following buildi/relink failure:

    x86_64-buildroot-linux-gnu-gcc: ERROR: unsafe header/library path used
    in cross-compilation: '-L/usr/lib'
