I don't think /usr/include/scsi/scsi.h matters here, it's really the
scsi/scsi.h in the toolchain sysroot that matters as libsanitizer is
compiled for the target if I'm not mistaken. You're building with
glibc, and glibc definitely installs <scsi/scsi.h>, so I'm a bit
puzzled by your build issue.
