The quilt patch titled
Subject: selftests/damon: add execute permissions to test scripts
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
selftests-damon-add-execute-permissions-to-test-scripts.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

Some test scripts are missing executable permissions. It causes warnings
that make the test output unnecessarily verbose. Add executable
permissions.
