The quilt patch titled
     Subject: Documentation/zram: trivial fixup
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     documentation-zram-add-documentation-for-algorithm-parameters-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into documentation-zram-add-documentation-for-algorithm-parameters.patch
