+ mm-remove-unused-has_isolate_pageblock.patch added to mm-unstable branch

The patch titled

has been added to the -mm mm-unstable branch.  Its filename is
     mm-remove-unused-has_isolate_pageblock.patch

This patch will shortly appear at

This patch will later appear in the mm-unstable branch at

has_isolate_pageblock() has been unused since commit 55612e80e722 ("mm:
page_alloc: close migratetype race between freeing and stealing")

Remove it.
