The quilt patch titled
Subject: mm: add PageAnonNotKsm()
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
mm-add-pageanonnotksm.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

Check that this anonymous page is really anonymous, not anonymous-or-KSM.
This optimises the debug check, but its real purpose is to remove the last
two users of PageKsm().
