[PATCH 3/4] exec/ram_addr: Include missing 'exec/hwaddr.h' and 'exec/cpu-common.h'

'hwaddr' is defined in "exec/hwaddr.h", 'ram_addr_t' in
"exec/cpu-common.h". Include these headers in order to
avoid when refactoring unrelated headers:
