[LTP] [issue] cve-2015-3290: fail to compile

Hi all,

When I compile ltp on Centos10, it failed at cve-2015-3290.c.
If anyone could provide some advice, I would greatly appreciate it.

Error info:

Step to Reproduce:
# git clone https://github.com/linux-test-project/ltp.git
# cd ltp
# make autotools
# ./configure
# make
