When sending followup patches, please use the convention of using a new
version number and a reply-to so that it stays in same thread in mail.

This appears to be v2 of a previous patchset.

New tables appear to be immutable and should be marked as const.
This will allow compiler to catch bugs where table value gets changed.

Avoid wrapping format string instead use:
			PMD_DRV_LOG(ERR,
				"reg n_offset is out of range, reg_no:%d, n:%d size:%d",
				reg_no, n_offset, p_reg_info->n_size - 1);

Also since m_offset and n_offset are unsigned, you should use %u not %d

Cast of rte_zmalloc() return is unnecessary since it returns void *.
