The quilt patch titled
     Subject: fixup define name
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     tools-selftests-add-guard-region-test-for-proc-pid-pagemap-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into tools-selftests-add-guard-region-test-for-proc-pid-pagemap.patch
