[merged mm-stable] mm-remove-extra-vma_numab_state_init-call.patch removed from -mm tree

The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm: remove extra vma_numab_state_init() call
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-remove-extra-vma_numab_state_init-call.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

vma_init() already memset's the whole vm_area_struct to 0, so there is no
need to an additional vma_numab_state_init().
