The quilt patch titled
Subject: ocfs2: remove reference to bh->b_page
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
     ocfs2-remove-reference-to-bh-b_page.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-nonmm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

Buffer heads are attached to folios, not to pages. Also
flush_dcache_page() is now deprecated in favour of flush_dcache_folio().
