Yes.

But seqcount_t doesn't have the "internal" lock. Unlike other
seqcount's defined by SEQCOUNT_LOCKNAME().

Sorry, I don't understand.

Again, seqcount_t differs, it can't do lock+unlock like (say)
seqcount_spinlock_t.
