The quilt patch titled
     Subject: radix-tree: add missing cleanup.h
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     radix-tree-add-missing-cleanuph.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-hotfixes-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

Add shared cleanup.h header for radix-tree testing tools.

Fixes build error found with kdevops [1]:
