The quilt patch titled
     Subject: MAINTAINERS: add Dev Jain as THP reviewer
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     maintainers-add-mm-thp-section-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into maintainers-add-mm-thp-section.patch
