The quilt patch titled
Subject: memcg: simplify MEMCG_VMALLOC updates - fix
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
memcg-vmalloc-simplify-memcg_vmalloc-updates-fix.patch
This patch was dropped because it was folded into memcg-vmalloc-simplify-memcg_vmalloc-updates.patch
