Subject: [merged mm-stable] syscallh-add-syscall_set_arguments.patch removed from -mm tree
Date: Sun, 11 May 2025 17:50:41 -0700	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <20250512005042.5B44DC4CEE4@smtp.kernel.org> (raw)

The quilt patch titled
     Subject: syscall.h: add syscall_set_arguments()
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
     syscallh-add-syscall_set_arguments.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

From: "Dmitry V. Levin" <ldv@strace.io>
Subject: syscall.h: add syscall_set_arguments()
Date: Mon, 3 Mar 2025 13:20:09 +0200

This function is going to be needed on all HAVE_ARCH_TRACEHOOK
architectures to implement PTRACE_SET_SYSCALL_INFO API.

This partially reverts commit 7962c2eddbfe ("arch: remove unused function
syscall_set_arguments()") by reusing some of old syscall_set_arguments()
implementations.
