The quilt patch titled
     Subject: util_macros.h: fix the reference in kernel-doc
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     util_macrosh-fix-the-reference-in-kernel-doc.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-nonmm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

Subject: util_macros.h: fix the reference in kernel-doc

In PTR_IF() description the text refers to the parameter as (ptr) while
the kernel-doc format asks for @ptr.  Fix this accordingly.
