The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm-establish-mm-vma_execc-for-shared-exec-mm-vma-functionality-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-establish-mm-vma_execc-for-shared-exec-mm-vma-functionality-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-establish-mm-vma_execc-for-shared-exec-mm-vma-functionality.patch
