The quilt patch titled
Subject: docs-proc-update-vmflags-documentation-in-smaps-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
docs-proc-update-vmflags-documentation-in-smaps-fix.patch
This patch was dropped because it was folded into docs-proc-update-vmflags-documentation-in-smaps.patch
