The quilt patch titled
Subject: kho-initialize-tail-pages-for-higher-order-folios-properly-v2
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
kho-initialize-tail-pages-for-higher-order-folios-properly-v2.patch
This patch was dropped because it was folded into kho-initialize-tail-pages-for-higher-order-folios-properly.patch
