The quilt patch titled
Subject: mm-add-oom-killer-maintainer-structure-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
mm-add-oom-killer-maintainer-structure-fix.patch
This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-add-oom-killer-maintainer-structure.patch
