[PATCH 5.15 46/77] usb:cdnsp: remove TRB_FLUSH_ENDPOINT command

Patch removes TRB_FLUSH_ENDPOINT command from driver.
This command is not supported by controller and
USBSSP returns TRB Error completion code for it.
