Update qeth driver to allow writing an existing value to the "hw_trap"
sysfs attribute. Attempting such a write earlier resulted in -EINVAL.
In other words, make the sysfs attribute idempotent.
After:
$ cat hw_trap
disarm
$ echo disarm > hw_trap
$
