The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm/memory-failure: hold PTL in hwpoison_hugetlb_range
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-memory-failure-hold-ptl-in-hwpoison_hugetlb_range.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

Hold PTL in hwpoison_hugetlb_range() to avoid operating on stale page, as
hwpoison_pte_range() have done.

This change is not known to address any issues which users have
experienced.
