Since octeon-crypto.c is the only remaining source file in
arch/mips/cavium-octeon/crypto/, move it into its parent directory
arch/mips/cavium-octeon/.  Then remove the directory
arch/mips/cavium-octeon/crypto/, including its Makefile.
