The quilt patch titled
Subject: memcg-optimize-exit-to-user-space-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
memcg-optimize-exit-to-user-space-fix.patch
This patch was dropped because it was folded into memcg-optimize-exit-to-user-space.patch
