The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm: remove page->order
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-remove-page-order.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

We already use page->private for storing the order of a page while it's in
the buddy allocator system; extend that to also storing the order while
it's in the pcp_llist.
