The quilt patch titled
Subject: relay: update relay to use mmap_prepare
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
relay-update-relay-to-use-mmap_prepare.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

It is relatively trivial to update this code to use the f_op->mmap_prepare
hook in favour of the deprecated f_op->mmap hook, so do so.
