Rename 3 places:

  - copychunk_ioctl -> copychunk_ioctl_req
  - copychunk -> srv_copychunk
  - server: ResumeKey -> SourceKeyU64

Merge the struct members of the server and the client, then move duplicate
definitions to common header file.
