The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mm-shmem-tmpfs-hugepage-defaults-config-choice-v2
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-shmem-tmpfs-hugepage-defaults-config-choice-v2.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-shmem-tmpfs-hugepage-defaults-config-choice.patch
