CONFIG_DEVICE_PRIVATE is a prerequisite for DRM_XE_GPUSVM.
Explicitly select it so that DRM_XE_GPUSVM is not unintentionally
left out from distro configs not explicitly enabling
CONFIG_DEVICE_PRIVATE.
