Subject: [for-next][PATCH 19/20] tracing: Add tracer_uses_snapshot() helper to remove #ifdefs
Date: Sun, 08 Feb 2026 21:20:45 -0500 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <20260209022055.175527617@kernel.org> (raw)
In-Reply-To: 20260209022026.627895421@kernel.org
From: Steven Rostedt <rostedt@goodmis.org>
Instead of having #ifdef CONFIG_TRACER_MAX_TRACE around every access to
the struct tracer's use_max_tr field, add a helper function for that
access and if CONFIG_TRACER_MAX_TRACE is not configured it just returns
false.
