I've rebased my github branch:

  https://github.com/jgunthorpe/linux/commits/dmabuf_map_type

On to drm-misc-next comit 41dae5ac5e15 ("drm/nouveau: Test for imported
buffers with drm_gem_is_imported()") and reworked some of the pending
bits on the VFIO side to accommodate Leon's series.

Christian/Thomas/Vivek, how are you feeling about this approach? I'd
like to focus on the above patches, should I post a non-RFC series?

Thanks,
Jason
