Subject: [RFC 1/4] tpm_crb: Add definition of TPM CRB chunking fields

- Add 2 new registers for invoking the start method
  and add CRB_INTF_CAP_CRB_CHUNK as the new TCG TPM
  specifies this CRB Interface Identifier that decides
  if chunking is allowed.
- Refer section 6.4.2.2 of the specification document [1]
