A comment in <linux/thread_info.h> incorrectly refers to CONFIG_SH
instead of CONFIG_SUPERH. It is also inaccurate because
arch_task_cache_init() is defined by riscv as well as sh. Remove it.

Discovered while searching for CONFIG_* symbols referenced in code but
not defined in any Kconfig file.
